- Get top tips and nutritional advice for this exciting stage of your baby’s development.

My baby or child has a special diet, either due to an allergy, intolerance or lifestyle choice; will the classes work for us?

- If your baby or child follows a special diet of any kind I will tailor the workshop to you.
- At Baby Bites we think it’s particularly important to include families who may not find their needs catered ordinarily.
- Louise has lots of experience of working with vegetarians, coeliacs, people who are lactose or wheat intolerant or following a kosher diet.
